1. Service. SelfMem is a hosted memory store for AI agents. By signing up you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
2. Account. You are responsible for the security of your password and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Content. You retain ownership of all content you store. You grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of operating the service.
4. Acceptable use. No illegal content, no spam, no attempts to overload or compromise the service.
5. Billing. Paid subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel any time via the billing portal — access continues through the end of the current period.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete your data within 30 days.
7. Liability. Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Total liability capped at the last 12 months of fees paid.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the dashboard with 30 days notice.
